Located near <strong data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"535\">Palazzo Lauritano<\/strong>, it most likely dates from between the <strong data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"602\">17th and 18th centuries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"848\">The chapel is dedicated to <strong data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"653\">Saint Christopher<\/strong>, the patron saint of travellers and protector of wayfarers, a figure especially revered in a region crossed for centuries by the ancient paths linking the <strong data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"825\">Amalfi Coast<\/strong> with the inland areas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"1073\">Despite its simplicity, this small place of worship preserves the memory of the local community&#8217;s faith, traditions and popular
